Our Process

The Initial Phone Call

Our well trained staff will discuss options, describe our services in greater detail and schedule a no-cost, no-obligation in home visit to conduct a more thorough needs assessment.

In-Home Assessment

Once all parties agree on an appropriate level of care, we develop a personalized care plan based on the assessment. This meeting can take place in a private residence, skilled care facility, hospital or rehabilitation center. We will set goals for care and discuss payment options.

Companion Selection

After our assessment, we carefully match your loved one with a companion that matches his or her personality and needs. We strive to develop a trusting relationship between your loved one and the companion.

Follow up, Quality Checks and Reassessments

We perform in home supervisory visits of our companions and reassessments to ensure all goals are being met. As your loved one’s needs change, we adapt our care services to meet those changes. In addition, we provide on going training and continuing education for our companions so they are the most knowledgeable in all areas of home care.

You Make the Decisions
